In my opinion Indie films are the heart of film-making. There is a common phrase among actors/actresses in Hollywood, “One for the studio, one for me”, meaning that a lot of times to do a film they want to do, they have to do a film for the studios to either pay the bills or redeem a favor. Indie films are an area where these artists tend to flock to in order to appease their need for creativity and to remember why they’re in the business. I know that it is just the trailer but I’m going to make a preemptive vote of confidence in this film. It has an established cast list and all are playing what seem to be very dynamic roles. A strong theme that I see with this film is individuality and I think a lot of people are going to be able to identify with that. HavingChris Messinarepresenting individuality andTopher Gracerepresenting a leader of conformity, I think the film has a chance to establish a very strong protagonist and antagonist. I’m going to keep an eye on this film, I already feel drawn to the characters.
